Donnah is the engine room of the firm's day-to-day work for clients across Aberdeen and the wider North East. Bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll runs, auto-enrolment — whatever the monthly rhythm of a small business demands, she keeps it on track.

She is a Xero-certified adviser and spends a lot of her time helping clients who have outgrown spreadsheets get set up on proper cloud accounting software. Clients regularly tell her that the switch was one of the best decisions they made for their business.

Donnah is known for being endlessly patient with clients who aren't confident with numbers — a trait that makes her the first person many new business owners speak to at Thyme.
